Blue Damselfish

The Blue Damselfish, or simply the Blue Damsel, can be found in every independent saltwater aquarium store in the World. Like the neon tetra of the freshwater aquarium world, blue damsels are popular and everywhere. Solid blue and very hardy, these are the perfect beginner saltwater aquarium fish.  Primarily solid blue, the male has a yellow snout and tail, and the female and juvenile usually lack yellow but have a black spot at the base of the back edge of the dorsal fin.
