Gold Ring Danio
The gold ring danio is found in the same rivers of Myanmar (Burma) as the glolite danio, and even more rare to the aquarium trade. Also called the blue ring danio, these are active schooling fish and hardy. The scientific name “tinwini” is the name of a friend of the discoverer of the fish – good to have friends! Tinwini danio will get along with fancy shrimp and most community fish.
