Katherine Fairy Wrasse
Katherine’s Fairy Wrasse, is a perciform fish that belongs to the reefs of the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The Katherine’s Fairy Wrasse is among the most popular fish of the Labridae family that easily reaches a maximum length of 5 inches. The Male Katherine’s Fairy Wrasses are more colorful than their female counterparts, but the female also sports nice subtle colors. The Katherine Fairy Wrasse was first discovered by Randall Valid in 1992, so this is a relatively newcomer to the hobby. These are peaceful wrasse and reef safe.
